This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs refunds and cancellations for BrandOps ("we", "our", or "us") subscription services. Please read this Policy carefully before purchasing a subscription.
1. General Refund Policy
Standard Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this Policy or required by applicable law.By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you cancel your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:
- You must cancel within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
- This guarantee applies only to your first subscription purchase
- Refund requests must be submitted through our support system or email
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we detect abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service
2.2 Service-Related Issues
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- •Service Unavailability: Extended service outages (48+ hours) that prevent you from using the Service
- •Billing Errors: Incorrect charges or billing mistakes on our part
- •Duplicate Charges: Accidental duplicate billing for the same subscription period
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to determine refund eligibility at our sole discretion.
2.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day guarantee period
- Partial subscription periods (no prorated refunds for unused time)
- Upgrades, downgrades, or plan changes (fees are applied as stated)
- One-time purchases or add-ons (unless required by law)
- Subscriptions purchased through third-party resellers (subject to reseller's refund policy)
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Your account settings in the Service
- Email to: support@brandops.com (include your account email and subscription details)
- Through our customer support system
Effective Date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the billing period for which you have already paid.
3.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the renewal period.
You will receive email notifications before each renewal (typically 7 days in advance). It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue your subscription.
3.3 Immediate Cancellation
If you cancel your subscription, you will:
- •Retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
- •Not be charged for future billing periods
- •Lose access to paid features at the end of the billing period
- •Be able to export your data before the subscription ends (see Terms of Service for data retention)
4. Refund Processing
4.1 Refund Timeline
If your refund request is approved:
- •Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days of approval
- •Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- •Bank Processing: Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account (typically 3-5 business days)
4.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available (e.g., expired credit card), please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.
5. Plan Changes and Upgrades
5.1 Upgrading Your Plan
When you upgrade your subscription plan:
- •You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period
- •Upgrades take effect immediately
- •Your next billing date remains the same, and you will be charged the new plan's full price at renewal
5.2 Downgrading Your Plan
When you downgrade your subscription plan:
- •No refund is provided for the difference in price
- •Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period
- •You will continue to have access to your current plan's features until the next billing cycle

- EU/UK: 14-day cooling-off period for digital services purchased online
- Australia: Consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law
- Other Jurisdictions: Local consumer protection laws may provide additional rights
If you are located in a jurisdiction with stronger consumer protection laws, those laws will take precedence over this Policy.

Material changes will not apply retroactively to existing subscriptions without your consent, except as required by law.
