- •Use the Service to compete with or replicate BrandOps functionality
2.4 Platform-Specific Violations
When publishing content through our Service, you must comply with each social media platform's terms of service and policies, including:

- •Instagram Community Guidelines
- •X (Twitter) Rules and Policies
- •LinkedIn User Agreement and Professional Community Policies
- •Threads Terms of Service
You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with platform rules. BrandOps is not responsible for content removal, account suspension, or other actions taken by social media platforms.
3. Account Responsibility
3.1 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breach
- Using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication when available
4. Enforcement
4.1 Violation Consequences
Violations of this Policy may result in:
- Warning: First-time minor violations may result in a warning
- Content Removal: Removal of violating content
- Suspension: Temporary suspension of account access
- Termination: Permanent termination of your account
- Legal Action: Reporting to law enforcement or taking legal action for serious violations
4.2 Our Discretion
We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, what constitutes a violation of this Policy and what actions to take. We may take action immediately, without prior notice, for severe violations such as illegal activities, security threats, or abuse.
